How stringent is the "4 hour rental"?
If there are no bookings after yours, there is flexibility regarding return times. However, if there is a booking immediately after yours (e.g. for morning rentals), or the next day, then we'd need to adhere to those times.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, the returnable deposit is $50 which will be returned to you within 24 hours of receiving the inflatable in the condition that we dropped it off.
How can I book?
Click on the "Book Appointment" button below and check if the slide you're looking for is available for your time slot! You can make payments via e-mail money transfer once your appointment is booked and an email is sent to you with instructions. Once payment is received, your inflatable bouncer is reserved for you!

What is the booking & cancellation policy?
Before payment is made, your booking is NOT confirmed. You will be given first right of refusal, meaning if there is another inquiry about the same date & same slide, you will be given the choice to make payment within 24 hours, which confirms your booking. If you do not make payment within 24 hours, the bouncer may be booked by another person. Once the bouncer booking is confirmed for your time, NO ONE ELSE can book it.
Due to the policy that once a booking has been confirmed, no one else will be able to book it, we can only cancel if you can find a replacement - Another person who would rent the slide for the same time slot at the same (or similar) location, or your replacement is willing to pick up the bouncer.
What happens if the inflatable is damaged?
If the damage is normal wear & tear, then there is no charge to you. However, if the damage is due to neglect (e.g. allowing participants to enter with sharp objects which punctured the inflatable), then you will have to pay for cost of repair. Please visit the RULES page for more information.

Do you have a TSSA license?
Upon inquiry with the TSSA, we do not require a TSSA because our rentals are for personal use in private dwellings. Below is the e-mail received from TSSA outlining their guideline:
"Hi Bernice,
Thank you for your email. As per Ontario Regulation 221/01 sec 2/29.

29. Amusement devices operated at private dwellings, including the land upon which the private dwellings are situated, and used exclusively by the owner or occupants and their guests.
